CARF Survey – May 10 & 11, 2018!

The PACE Program has most of our services accredited through CARF International since 2009.  CARF sets out a series of standards and requirements to ensure that organizations are providing quality services that are accountable, consistent and involving clients in service delivery / planning as well as welcoming feedback regarding services provided.  Programs accredited have shown that they have met the defined requirements set out by CARF.   For more information, visit CARF Canada’s website: http://www.carfcanada.org

The PACE Program will be having a CARF survey team join us on Thursday, May 10 & Friday, May 11, 2018 to assess three of our services:

1) The PACE Family Program,

2) Outreach Support Services and

3) Supporting Healthy Transitions Program

If you are interested in being one of the people the surveyors interview, please contact the PACE staff providing support to your child/family/centre.

Thank you in advance for your time and participation in maintaining the accredited status of these programs.  We greatly appreciate your involvement and feedback about our revised services.

Sincerely,

Barb McEachern, Program Director
