The PACE Program has most of our services accredited through CARF International since 2009. CARF sets out a series of standards and requirements to ensure that organizations are providing quality services that are accountable, consistent and involving clients in service delivery / planning as well as welcoming feedback regarding services provided. The PACE Program will be having a CARF survey team join us on Thursday, May 10 & Friday, May 11, 2018 to assess three of our services:
1) The PACE Family Program,
2) Outreach Support Services and
3) Supporting Healthy Transitions Program
